Philadelphia Housing Authority opens new residential development

The Philadelphia Housing Authority celebrated the grand opening of its second this year residential development in the North Philadelphia’s Strawberry Mansion neighborhood.

The Gordon Apartments is now on what was once a vacant lot in the 3000 block of West Gordon Street.
